心肺复苏方法的提升改良研究

摘要：心肺复苏是一项关键的医学急救技术，其用于抢救出现心脏骤停和呼吸系统衰竭情况的患
者。然而，心肺复苏目前仍然存在一些问题，如复苏成功率低、存活率不高等。因此，对心肺复苏方

法进行提升和改良就成为当前研究的焦点。本文通过对心肺复苏中基础生命支持和心肺复苏技术提出
改良与提升方法，并对 AED 设备、封闭胸部按压装置等心肺复苏工具和药物治疗的应用加以详细说

明，旨在提供改善心肺复苏效果的方法，提高心脏骤停患者的生存率，并期望对未来心肺复苏方法的
研究有所启示。

Abstract: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a key medical emergency technique used to save

patients suffering from cardiac arrest and respiratory failure. However, many challenges remain, including the
low success rate of resuscitation and the low survival rate. Therefore, the promotion and improvement of
cardiopulmonary resuscitation methods have become the focus of research. This article reviews the

development and application of AED device, closed chest compression device and the application and

promotion of drug therapy in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. By analyzing the methods and conclusions of
different studies, the key issues and directions for the improvement of existing cardiopulmonary resuscitation
methods were summarized, which provided guidance and inspiration for future research
