Idols

Daytime is the destination of nighttime,
at a far distant date all the time.

Self-abasement is the embodiment of the arrogant,

proving how ego is too modest.

Piety is the topic of conversation among the preposterous,
which is ludicrous and ridiculous.

Loftiness is the ornament of the base
with mouthful words of kindheartedness and justice.

Holiness is the outerwear of the impure,
cloaking with mattery and swollen fester.

Tearing out impatient curtain,

break up self-illusion.
Piercing through hypocritical lies,
smash and crush idols ——
one after another.
