PREFACE
As the core support for ensuring the construction of major national
infrastructure and maintaining the safety of people’s lives and property, the
development level of engineering safety technology is directly related to the
foundation of high-quality economic and social development. With the acceleration
of new industrialization and urbanization processes, new forms of construction
such as super large projects, complex geological environment construction, and
intelligent construction continue to emerge. Traditional safety management models
face severe challenges such as insufficient systematic risk identification, inefficient
cross link collaboration, and weak control of human factors. How to deeply
integrate cutting-edge technology, reconstruct security management systems,
and enhance intrinsic security levels has become a key academic proposition that
urgently needs to be broken through.
This work is based on the major needs of engineering safety in the new
era, systematically sorts out the evolution of safety engineering technology,
deeply analyzes the development gap and bottlenecks at home and abroad, and
for the first time constructs a comprehensive research framework covering basic
theoretical innovation, technology integration and application, management
paradigm upgrading, international experience mutual learning, and future trend
analysis. Its core innovation value lies in: ① Technological integration innovation:
Breakthrough interpretation of the integration path of digital technologies such
as BIM, IoT, and artificial intelligence in real-time risk perception, intelligent
behavior warning, and emergency collaborative decision-making, proposing
a new paradigm of “data-driven, intelligent intervention” for security control;
