                     In the process of construction engineering, project management and
                 construction technology management are very important and will have a significant

                 impact on the future survival and development of enterprises. At present, some
                 construction companies still adopt extensive management methods, which make it
                 difficult to improve construction management efficiency and are not conducive to

                 the long-term development of the enterprise. In this regard, relevant construction
                 enterprises should strengthen project management and construction technology
                 management, further improve the quality of construction projects, and ensure the

                 smooth progress of various work of construction enterprises.
                     In order to further enhance their competitive advantage and ensure overall
                 economic benefits, construction enterprises need to effectively strengthen project

                 management and construction technology management, fully leverage technical
                 advantages, ensure construction quality, achieve reasonable control of construction

                 costs, and effectively improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises.
                     This book consists of six chapters. Chapter 1 is about the modern construction
                 engineering technology system, which introduces the development trend of

                 intelligent construction technology, research on the application of new building
                 materials, key technologies for prefabricated construction, construction plans

                 for special geological conditions, and comparative case studies of domestic and
                 foreign technologies; Chapter 2 is about the full cycle management of engineering
                 projects, introducing the EPC management mode, lean construction theory and

                 practical application, quality and safety collaborative control system, dynamic cost
                 and schedule control, and international project management experience reference;
