                     Food is of paramount importance to the people, and safety comes first when

                 it comes to food. Since ancient times, food has been the primary concern for
                 everyone’s life and health. In today’s society, from staple foods to side dishes, from
                 beverages to health products, the variety of food is dazzling, greatly enriching

                 people’s consumption experience. However, with the increasing variety of food
                 and the complexity of production processes, food safety issues have become
                 increasingly prominent, becoming an important issue related to social stability

                 and development. Food safety is not only related to individual health, but also
                 to the harmony and peace of the entire society. Unsafe food can lead to serious

                 consequences such as food poisoning and the spread of infectious diseases, causing
                 huge losses to people’s lives and property. Meanwhile, food safety issues may also
                 trigger public panic and a crisis of trust, seriously affecting the development of the

                 food industry. Therefore, strengthening food safety supervision and ensuring food
                 safety are of great significance.

                     This book consists of six chapters. Chapter 1 is about the research on the
                 supervision of agricultural product quality and safety, introducing the practical
                 exploration of edible agricultural product quality and safety supervision, the

                 improvement measures of agricultural product quality and safety supervision system,
                 the key points of online operation edible agricultural product quality and safety
                 supervision, agricultural product quality and safety control measures and pesticide

                 residue detection technology, and the application of information technology in
                 agricultural product quality and safety supervision; Chapter 2 is a reflection on food
                 quality and safety inspection and testing, introducing pollution and safety inspection

                 and testing in food processing, pesticide residue issues and quality and safety testing
