Collaborate: Communication aimed at collaboration involves working together

project discussions. Active listening, constructive feedback, and clear articulation of
ideas are key to fostering collaboration and achieving successful outcomes.
Understanding the purpose of communication helps in tailoring the message, se-
lecting the appropriate communication channels, and choosing the right tone and style.

messages. Communication can evolve and change as the relationship between commu-
nicators and the context shifts over time, requiring adaptability and flexibility.

cess. It involves ongoing interaction and dialogue between communicators. Commu-
nication can occur at any time, in various forms and contexts, to convey information,
thoughts, feelings, and ideas.
Evolution and adaptability: Communication evolves and changes over time as
relationships between communicators and the context shift. Adaptability and flexibility
are essential for adjusting communication styles, strategies, and approaches to maintain
effective and meaningful interaction.
Interpreting messages: Communication involves the interpretation of messages. It
is not only about the words spoken but also the underlying meaning conveyed through
tone, context, and nonverbal cues. Effective communication requires active listening,
understanding, and interpreting messages accurately.
Relationship building: Communication plays a crucial role in building relation-
ships between communicators. As the relationship evolves, communication adapts to
