Liu Hongchang, a native of Cangzhou
city, Hebei province, is a senior lecturer. He
was once the Chief Instructor of Tianjin Ju-
dicial Police School, and is currently the Sec-
retary General of the Lanshouquan Research
Committee of Tianjin Wushu Association. He
is the national first-level judge and the bearer
of the Seventh Duan Certificate awarded by the
Chinese Wushu Association. He has trained in
Liu Hongchang 刘鸿昌 Shaolinquan, Bajiquan and Tongbiquan under
some famous masters since childhood. He par-
ticipated in an international Wushu competition
in Hong Kong and won the all-around champi-
onships in Quan and Qiang categories. During
