Cross the arms and lift them up, smashing them to both sides with the
back of fists facing down (Figure 3-33-3). Step forward with the right foot,
cross the fists in front of body, and put the left foot behind the right leg.
Lift arms up and smash to both sides to form a cross-legged sitting stance
(Figure 3-33-4).
Lanshou Quan
双臂交叉上举,向两侧盖砸,拳背向下(图3-33-3);右脚上步,
双拳体前交叉,同时左脚插在右腿后,两臂上举,向两侧盖打成歇步
拦手拳
