                   Topic 1: Would I rather be a big fish in a small pond or a small fish in a big pond?
                   Side 1 argument :
                   I want to be a big fish in a small pond, There are more career development
               opportunities in the work. You can speak more, decided more in the work and so on.

                   Opposing side 1 argument :
                   I prefer to be a small fish in a big pond. There are a lot of reasons :for example,the
               business you take is more mature, because there are a lot of successful people,

               successful case and and successful resources you can learn from.
                   Side 2 argument :
                   I don’t think so.I prefer to be a big fish in a small pond. The big fish in the small
               pond have more career development opportunities and a stronger sense of career
               experience ; big fish in the small pond are more autonomous in their work, and have

               more voice ,even are more creative in pioneering work.
