                     In the current context of informatization, intelligence, and globalization,
                 financial management in universities is facing unprecedented challenges and

                 opportunities. With the expansion and diversification of university scale, financial
                 management has become more complex and arduous. The continuous adjustment
                 of national policies and the increase in financial supervision have put forward

                 higher requirements for financial management in universities. The challenges faced
                 by financial management in universities mainly include opaque fund management,
                 increased financial risks, and low management efficiency. In order to meet the

                 needs of financial management in universities under the new situation, promote
                 the transformation and development of financial management in universities,

                 and improve the level of financial management in universities, it is necessary to
                 conduct in-depth exploration and research on the transformation and development
                 of financial management in universities under the new situation.

                     This book consists of eight chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the historical
                 evolution and transformation drivers of financial management in universities,

                 including the changing trajectory of financial management systems in Chinese
                 universities, the comparison of financial models from planned economy to market
                 economy, the challenges of financial management posed by the expansion of

                 higher education in the new era, the inevitability analysis under the wave of
                 digital transformation, and policy drivers; Chapter 2 provides the theoretical
                 foundation for the transformation of financial management in universities,
