react to it and is there any official punishment mechanism? What is the state’s bottom
line in the control of internet media? In other words, what kind of public events is par-
ticularly sensitive to the government? If media companies went across the state’s bot-
tom line, what are the consequences? Who will be responsible in employing the punish-
ment? Do media companies have any countermeasures to deal with such scenario?
