Posture 27 Kick the big dipper


                       第二十七式  脚踹北斗

                       Stand up, take a left step and embrace the left hand and right forearm
                   in front of the chest (Figure 3-27-1). Simultaneously kick the right leg side-

                   ways (Figure 3-27-2). Land the right foot and hit forward and backward
        Lanshou Quan
                   with both fists separately, forming a single whip stance (Figure 3-27-3).
         拦手拳           起身,左脚上步,左手与右小臂合抱于胸前(图3-27-1);同时
                   右腿侧踹(图3-27-2);右脚落地,双拳前后打两边,成单鞭式(图

                   3-27-3)。
