Posture 28 Gold hook hangs ring


                      第二十八式  金钩挂环

                      Move the body’s center back, and blocks up with the left fist. Retract
                 the right arm to the front of the abdomen, forming a crouching stance, with

                 eyes look downward(Figure 3-28-1). Bend over and extend the right arm
                 forward then swing it downward, while placing the left fist behind the body

                 (Figure 3-28-2).
                      身体重心后移,左拳上架,右臂收至腹前,成仆步沉肘式,目视

                 下方(图3-28-1);俯身,右臂前伸、下抄,左拳变掌置于身后(图
                 3-28-2)。
