d) 阴阳针：用双针解决阴病阳痛之症，达到扎阴显阳之效，可使瘀阻经络畅通，
气血运行正常，阴阳状态平衡，扶助机体正气及祛除疾病病症。
d) Yin-yang insertion: Using double needles to handle yin disease with yang pain, for
achieving the yang effect by inserting yin meridians, to make the channels and collaterals

unblocked, qi and blood run normally, balance yin and yang, support vital qi and eliminate
diseases and symptoms.
导引治疗时的三顺序：
Sequence of guiding therapy:

a) 第一，穴位导引，即气血导引。脏附深藏，经穴四步，经依脏分，穴与脏应
根据人体穴位，从天到水，从山到陵到沟到谷，导引畅通经络。
a) 1. Acupoint guiding, i.e. qi-blood guiding. The internal organs are deep inside the
body, and the meridians are distributed all over the body, and divided as per internal organs.

The meridians and internal organs should be guided for smooth circulation with no blockage
according to the acupoints, from the sky to water, mountain to hill, ditch and to the valley.
b) 第二，标本导引，即五行导引。标急治标，本急治本，本病后治。温度学派
中医强调治病必求其本，但在复杂多变的病症中，常有轻重缓急，先后主次的不同，

运用标本缓急原则，有利于从复杂的疾病矛盾中找出和处理其主要矛盾和矛盾的主要
方面。
b) 2. Manifestation and root cause guiding, i.e. Five Elements guiding. Treat symptoms
first when it is urgent, or handle the root cause when it is urgent, and treat the disease later.

TCM Temperature School emphasizes identification of the root causes for disease treatment,
however, for complicated and changeable diseases, often different in severity and urgency,
primary and auxiliary nature, the principle for urgency of symptoms and root causes is
conducive to identifying and handling the main factors and main aspects of the factors from

complicated diseases.
标本缓急原则：
Principle for urgency of symptoms and root cause:

1) 缓则治本，是在治病求本的原则指导下，对标证不急的病证进行治疗的常用
治疗原则。目前临床常见的冬病夏治即属于此。
1) Treating the root causes for non-emergent case is a common therapeutic principle
to treat diseases not urgent under the guidance of the principle of identifying the root cause
for disease treatment. Treatment of winter diseases in summer commonly applied in clinical

treatment now is an example of such case.
