4.10.2 温度环境 Temperature environment

大循环治疗及艾灸时室内温度为 18℃～ 24℃较为适宜，可根据春夏秋冬四季情
况适当做调整。室内温度不应过高或者过低，如果室内温度过高，毛孔打开程度较大，
会引起患者呼吸困难；如果室内温度过低，毛孔闭合难以打开，不能起到化冰排寒的

治疗效果。同时避免在空气流动快的环境如风口处施术，以免影响艾灸火焰的稳定性
和大循环的进行。
The indoor temperature for great circulation therapy and moxibustion is preferably
18 ℃ ~24 ℃ , and adjusted according to the actual condition of the seasons. The indoor
temperature shall not be too high or too low. If the indoor temperature is too high, the pores

will be opened wider, which will cause the patient difficult for breathing; and if the indoor
temperature is too low, it is difficult to open the pores, and the therapeutic effect of melting
ice and expelling cold cannot be achieved. The operation shall not be conducted in the

environment with fast air flow, such as the tuyere, so as not to affect the stability of moxa
flame and operation of great circulation.
4.10.3 防火安全 Fire safety
大循环治疗及艾灸过程中要注意安全防火，以避免火灾等意外事故发生，选择在

易于扑灭明火的场所进行艾灸。同时艾灸后要及时做好清理，将艾灰等残留物彻底清
除干净，以免留下火灾隐患。
Attention should be paid to safety and fire prevention in the process of great circulation

treatment and moxibustion, to avoid accidents such as fire, and moxibustion should be
carried out in a place where it is easy to extinguish open flame. Timely cleaning shall be also
made after moxibustion, thoroughly removing residues such as moxa ash, to avoid leaving
fire hazards.

5 施术流程步骤与要求 Procedures and Requirements of Operation Process

5.1 调理问诊流程步骤（按附录 A）Inquiry Procedures of Regulating Process

5.1.1 第一步，“温”——五脏四肢体表温度分析法 Step 1: Temperature -
Analyzing temperature of internal organs, limbs and body surface
患者初次问诊时，等待患者状态平静后，需要进行五脏、四肢、脊柱、头部等脏
腑和经络的阳性反射区温度测量并做好记录（温度学派五脏四肢体表温度分析记录表

见附录 B）。人体温度会受到外界环境温度的影响而发生上下浮动，如果外界环境温
度为 15 ～ 20℃，那么体温 33℃正常，外界环境温度每升高 5℃，体表温度升高 1℃；
