Hi! Dear judges! I’m No.1. It’s my great honor to be here. Now let’s look at the
picture. This is a bar chart. The title is “attributes valued the most by employers”.
As is shown in the bar chart, there are seven attributes valued the most

by employers”: leadership, ability to work in a team, problem solving skills,
communication skills(verbal)and so on. We can see that the top two concerns are
leadership and ability to work in a team, reaching 78, followed with problem solving
skills, achieving 75%, the next one is communication skills(verbal),attaining 70%, and
the less three valued attributes:interpersonal skills,entrepreneurial skills and creativity

,reaching 60%, 25% and 18% respectively. So why do employers value leadership
and ability to work in a team most? in my opinions,even the most capable boss cannot
do everything alone, these two excellent abilities make you enhance team cohesion,

improve team efficiency, and quickly achieve goals.problem solving skills are popular
in workplace, from my point of view, people with problem solving abilities are able to
face challenges, develop plans and successfully solve problems.
As a college student, we should develop a lot of skills just like leadership skills,
team work skills, communication skills, creativity and others. We need to keep learning

and actively learn from others, we can better demonstrate our value in the workplace,
achieve personal growth and career glory by mastering these skills.
