Planning supply risk prevention and control focuses on the core contradictions
in the power construction industry: predicting talent demand through the elasticity
coefficient method of infrastructure investment, revealing the supply gap of key
positions such as relay protection engineers; Using campus/social recruitment
risk hedging models and GIS regional distribution optimization techniques to
address the “tidal effect” of project-based employment and the crisis of aging labor
succession.
Innovative design of legal risk prevention and control module: proposing
a judicial effectiveness scheme for electronic signatures to address loopholes in
labor contracts; Construct a “three-level protection responsibility decomposition
diagram” for work-related injuries and a “circuit breaker emergency payment
process” for collective disputes; Resolve conflicts of local regulations for
projects located in different regions (such as high-altitude medical examination
checklists and inter provincial social security connections).
In terms of performance-based compensation and training risk, we will
develop a “working hour difficulty” dual coefficient assessment method to correct
fairness doubts, and design a dual track promotion channel for technology/
administration to break the salary inversion; Establish a special operation
certification AI reminder platform and AR/VR skill reshaping system to address
the capability gap under technological iteration.
