35.6 结论

经皮动脉导管闭合术在早产儿中是安全有效的，具有良好的短期疗效。目前的技
术和现有的设备适用于大多数人口，并可能成为替代手术结扎甚至药物治疗的一线策
略。还需要更深一步的经验，迫切需要多中心研究和登记，以便更好地阐明这一程序

的结果以及时间安排。
