The martial arts of the Lanshou sect are collectively referred to
as “Lanshouquan”. This set of Lanshouquan was one of the later cre-
ated Lanshouquan, consisting of fifty-one postures with the following
names:
Posture 1 Commencing form
Posture 2 Quixing looking up at the bowl (Right)
Posture 3 Quixing looking up at the bowl (Left)
Posture 4 Single whip in bow stance
Posture 5 Quixing looking up at the bowl (Left)
Posture 6 Single whip in bow stance
Posture 7 Push up and drill up
Posture 8 Wild geese falls on sand
Posture 9 Playboy kicks soccer
Posture 10 King Wu dedicates elbow
Posture 11 Black dog passes through the crotch
Posture 12 Nezha stirs up Sea
Posture 13 Head-on flower picking
Posture 14 Whisk down and drill up
Posture 15 Kid rolls up the curtain
Posture 16 Misalign bones in slanting body
Posture 17 Foot kicks roller shutter
Posture 18 Whip up and sweep down
Posture 19 Holding pole and kick sideways
