3. With the right foot touching the ground solidly, the weight shifts onto the
left leg.
Without a pause, relax the right hip joint, and turn the torso slightly right. At
the same time, the right foot twining slightly directly steps right, the heel on the
ground. The palms twining reversely pull apart in a convex curve to the upper front
of the eyes, facing forward. (Figures 45-3a and 45-3b)

4. With the right foot landing on the ground solidly, the weight shifts onto
the right leg. At the same time, with the heel off the ground, the left foot twining
directly arcs back and right on the inside ball to rest inside the right one, the left
heel corresponding with the right one, the body turning slightly left. The palms
twining directly cross at wrist in front of the abdomen in an inner arc, the left one
outside the right, facing right and forward and the right one facing left and forward.
