5. The fists twining reversely rotate in. As the hearts of fists face down, with
the wrists flexed in, the elbows push toward both sides of the body, the right one
slightly above the left. The eye of the right fist faces down to the left rear, and the
eye of the left one faces down to the right rear. The eyes look right. (Figure 46-5)
6. Relax the left hip joint, and turn the torso slightly left. At the same time,
with the toes turned up, the right foot twining reversely kicks right with the heel,
slightly above the waist. After the kick, relax the foot immediately, and withdraw
the right leg twining directly, the right foot hanging down. The right fist twining
slightly directly strikes right and up, and the left one twining directly strikes left
and down, with the hearts of fists facing down. The eyes look right and forward.
