                  4. Relax the left hip joint. Sink the left buttock and turn the right one, with
              the torso turning left, the weight shifting right. At the same time, with the shoul-
              ders sinking and elbows dropping, the left palm twining reversely and the right
              one directly push left and forward in a concave curve. The left palm ends up at the
              shoulder level, facing left and forward, the fingers pointing up and right, with the
              left arm forming an arc; and the right palm in front of the abdomen, facing left, the
              fingers pointing forward, with the right elbow protruding, leaving the armpit open.
              The palms have a forearm length separation between them. The eyes look left and
              forward. (Figure 2-4)
