               science, and other disciplines. Cultivating such talent demands substantial investment in ed-
               ucational resources, including establishing relevant specialized courses in universities, con-
               ducting international academic exchanges, and implementing training programs. Countries
               should strengthen educational cooperation to jointly develop high-quality talent teams that
               meet the needs of climate change research. Simultaneously, attracting and retaining outstand-
               ing talent is crucial, requiring the provision of favorable research environments and benefits,
               as well as encouraging researchers to actively participate in international cooperative proj-
               ects on climate change research, contributing wisdom and strength to addressing global cli-
