and establish supply chain carbon emission accounting for core products according to
the whole life cycle. Second, actively participate in international cooperation on green
supply chain, and promote the international convergence and mutual recognition of
carbon emission accounting and verification standards. The third is to improve the ba-
sic capacity of carbon accounting of enterprises in the supply chain and consolidate the
basic data of carbon emission accounting.
Relying on the enterprise supply chain information platform, increase the intensi-
ty of green and low-carbon information collection and disclosure in the supply chain.
First, build a digital and online carbon emission monitoring system for enterprises,
and build a carbon emission monitoring system covering the entire supply chain from
raw materials to products. The second is to build a national green supply chain carbon
emission database, interface with the enterprise green supply chain information plat-
form, and accumulate carbon emission data for industries, regional products and related
raw materials. The third is to give priority to national green supply chain management
enterprises as pilot enterprises, to encourage enterprises to publish annual reports on
green supply chain construction, and to voluntarily disclose relevant information such
as energy conservation and carbon reduction in supply chains.

ing domestic demand, stabilizing foreign trade and promoting opening up.
At a seminar on “Digital Transformation of China’s Economy in the Context of
Globalization” held by university of international business and economics Digital Econ-
omy Laboratory on the 24th, Professor Hua Ying, director of the academic journals de-
partment of the University of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, believed that
China’s e-commerce development is so good, thanks to the close integration of China’s
