Posture 10 King Wu dedicates elbow


                      第十式  吴王献肘

                      The left foot lands on the ground, and bend the right elbow to block
                 inward then retract to the waist. Step up with the right foot at the same

                 time. Drill the left fist forward from the waist to form a right-weighted bow
                 stance (Figure 3-10-1).

                      Step forward with the left foot. Change left fist into palm and press
                 downward with bended arm (Figure 3-10-2).

                      左脚落步,右臂屈肘内格,然后收于腰间;同时右脚上步,左拳由

                 腰部向前钻打,成弓步侧冲拳(图3-10-1)。
                      左脚侧前上步,左拳变掌屈臂下压(图3-10-2)。
