第十一式 黑狗钻裆

While the left foot arcing to the right and forming a left empty stance,
the left fist blocks from the right to the left, and retract the right fist at the

waist (Figure 3-11-1). At the same time, bend the right elbow to block
rightward, and swing forearm downward and forward, stepping forward

with the right foot to form a single whip stance(Figure 3-11-2).
左脚向右绕步，成左虚步，左拳由右向左格挂，右拳回收于腰间

（图3-11-1）；同时右臂屈肘向左格挂，小臂向下、向前撩击，右脚上
步，成单鞭式（图3-11-2）。
