第四十六式 金针入地

Turn left, pull and grasp with the left hand from top to bottom, punch
the right fist downward, and take a right step at the same time, looking at

the front right (Figure 3-46-1). Turn to right back, step forward with the
right foot, pull the right arm back roundly, and fold the left arm to push

forward (Figure 3-46-2).
左转，左手由上向下捋抓，右拳向下插打，同时并右步，目视右前

方（图3-46-1）；右后转身，右脚上步，右臂反抽回环，左臂屈肘向前
推击（图3-46-2）。
