In the text, “at the same time” means that all parts of the body should
move together regardless of whether they are written first or later. For ex-
ample, if the upper and lower limbs move at the same time, it may write
the lower limb first and then the upper limb. “Without pause” means that
the previous movement is not stopping when the next movement is per-
formed. “Connecting to the previous movement” means that the previous
movement should be done after the static posture is still. The statements of
“left and right interchange” or “same as left (right)” mean that the two ac-
