flex the tendons and joints with a natural intention.
                       Hold breath in your belly, root the feet into the ground, rotate left and
                   right with a steadfast heart.

                       When advancing, always consider the back, line up all directions.
                       Deliver punches and palm strikes with strength and precision, like a

                   hammer on a chain.
                       Attack and defend without hesitation, displaying agile and nimble.



                               塌腰松肩头顶天,活筋舒节意自然;

                               浑抱丹田脚钻地,左旋右转心要坚;

                               前进必须仍顾后,左右上下一线穿;
                               出拳出掌招到重,当中会力链锤般;

                               不问进退攻兼顾,洒落矫健着先鞭。
