Illustration of martial arts is an important way to record

martial arts movements and routines. It consists of two parts: text
description and illustrations. The text description is to explain the

detailed process, methods, and essentials of the action. The il-
lustrations describe the movement postures and routes and direc-
tions of the various parts of the body (including the equipment).

武术图解是记载武术动作和套路的重要方式,由文字说明和
插图两部分组成。文字说明是讲解动作的详细过程、方法和要

领。插图是描述动作姿势和身体各部位（包括器械）的运动路
线及方向。

Correctly mastering the knowledge of martial arts illustra-

tions is convenient for self-study, which is of great significance
