                                                          第一式  斩


                                                          Commencing form: Stand
                                                     with  feet  slightly  wider  than

                                                     shoulder-width. Keep the body
                                                     upright. Clench both fists, with all

                                                     ten toes gripping the ground (Fig-
                                                     ure 3-1-1).

                                                          Bend both knees slightly and

                      Right posture: Raised both fists at the level of eyebrows (Figure 3-1-3).     套路单式动作详解
                      Both fists pull back to the chest, with the left fist touching the ear.

                 Twist the body and turn the hips, bend both legs, while the right fist simul-
                 taneously slashes down to the level of chest(Figure 3-1-4).

                     右势:双拳上举,与眉同高(图3-1-3)。
                     双拳回挂至胸前,回挂时左拳贴耳,拧身转胯,双腿弯曲,右拳同
