                       Left Posture:Raised both fists at the level of eyebrows (Figure 3-1-5).

                       Both fists pull back to the chest, with the right fist touching the ear.
                   Twist the body and turn the hips, bend both legs, while the left fist simulta-
                   neously slashes down to the level of chest (Figure 3-1-6).

                       左势:双拳上举,与眉同高(图3-1-5)。

                       双拳回挂至胸前,右拳贴耳回挂,拧身转胯,双腿弯曲,左拳同时
                   下斩与胸同高(图3-1-6)。
