Posture 3 Horizontal strike


                      第三式  横
                     (1) Forward horizontal strike

                     (一)前横

                      Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoul-
                 der-width. Keep the body upright. Clench both fists, with all ten toes grip-

                 ping the ground (Figure 3-3-1).
                     预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,双手握拳,十趾抓地

                 (图3-3-1)。

                      Right posture: Both fists change into open palms, take a step forward
                 with the left foot, and the left hand moves forward (Figure 3-3-2).

                     右势:两拳变掌,上左步,左手向前采挂(图3-3-2)。
