Posture 2 Block
第二式 拦
Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly
wider than shoulder-width. Keep the body up-
right. Clench both fists, with all ten toes gripping
the ground (Figure 3-2-1).
预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中
正,双手握拳,十趾抓地(图3-2-1)。
Right posture: Twist the body to the left,
pulling the left fist back to the chest with the Figure 3-2-1
knuckles facing inward. The right fist changes
into an open palm, with the palm facing downwards (Figure 3-2-2). At the
same time, the right palm moves forward to block, with the force reaching
outside of the palm (Figure 3-2-3, 3-2-4).
右势:向左拧身,左拳回拉至胸前,拳心向里,右拳变掌,掌心朝
