(2) Backward horizontal strike

                       (二)后横

                       Commencing form: Stand with feet
                   slightly wider than shoulder-width. Keep the

                   body upright. Clench both fists, with all ten
        Yuanbutongbi Quan: 24 Postures
                   toes gripping the ground (Figure 3-3-9).
         原步通臂拳二十四式     预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身
                   中正,双手握拳,十趾抓地(图3-3-9)。

                       Right posture: Cross both arms and hug
                   the body, with the left arm on the inside and

                   the right arm on the outside (Figure 3-3-10).

                   Twist the body to the right and at the same

                   time, extend the right palm horizontally to the right side (Figure 3-3-11).
                       右势:两臂交叉环抱,左臂在里,右臂在外(图3-3-10);身体向

                   右后拧转,同时右掌向右侧横掌(图3-3-11)。
