Posture 4 Intercept


                      第四式  卡

                      Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly
                 wider than shoulder-width. Keep the body upright.

                 Clench both fists, with all ten toes gripping the
                 ground (Figure 3-4-1).

                     预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,双
                 手握拳,十趾抓地(图3-4-1)。

                      Right posture: Take an half step forward with

                 left foot, lift fists upwards, hold them one in front and
                 one behind you, slightly edge the body, with left fist

                 slightly above your shoulder, while knuckles facing
                 upwards (Figure 3-4-2, 3-4-3).                      Figure 3-4-1
                     右势:左脚向前上半步,双拳向上撩击,一前
