(3) Grinding horizontal strike

                       (三)磨横

                       Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoul-
                   der-width. Keep the body upright. Clench both fists, with all ten toes grip-

                   ping the ground (Figure 3-3-16).
        Yuanbutongbi Quan: 24 Postures
                       预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,双手握拳,十趾抓地
         原步通臂拳二十四式  (图3-3-16)。
                       Right posture: Take a left step, twist body to the right, and move left

                   hand forward (Figure 3-3-17).
                       右势:抢上左步,身体右拧,左手向前采捋(图3-3-17)。
