Punch up with both fists, one in front and one behind, holding onto
the chest, slightly edge the body, with the right fist slightly above the
shoulder, and the fist facing upwards (Figure 3-4-7).
双拳向上撩击,一前一后抱至胸前,稍侧身,右拳略高于肩,拳心
向上(图3-4-7)。
Retract your fists slightly downwards, shuffle your feet, and move
forward in sequence. Quickly strike your fists with your feet taking steps
(hitting, pulling back, repeatedly moving forward, pulling back to form a
yang fist) (Figure 3-4-8, 3-4-9).
双拳向下稍回收,脚下拖步,顺步前行,双拳随脚下迈步迅速击出
(击出、拉回,反复前行,拉回为阳拳)(图3-4-8、图3-4-9)。
