Insert a step with right foot behind left foot, swipe the left fist down-
ward, and draw curves with right fist in the back while moving (Figure
3-24-3).
右脚向身后插步，左拳向下搅击，右拳在后随动画弧（图 3-24-3）。
Simultaneously twist your body to the left, take a left step, and strike
the right fist forward (swapping left and right) (Figure 3-24-4).
同时向左拧身，上左步，右拳向前击出（左右互换）（图 3-24-4）。
