Posture 23 Hang


                      第二十三式  挂

                      Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoul-
                 der-width. Keep the body upright. Clench both fists, with all ten toes grip-

                 ping the ground (Figure 3-23-1).
                     预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,双手握拳,十趾抓地

                 (图3-23-1)。

                      Left posture: Twist the body to the left, bend the knees with both
                 legs, and protect the head with the left hand (Figure 3-23-2).

                     左势:身体向左拧转,双腿屈膝,左手护头(图3-23-2)。

                      Right posture: Twist the body to the right, bend the knees with both
                 legs, and protect the head with the right hand (Figure 3-23-3).
