Posture 24 Birds pecking earthworms


                       第二十四式  雀地龙

                       Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoul-
                   der-width. Keep the body upright. Arms hanging down naturally, with all

                   ten toes gripping the ground (Figure 3-24-1).
        Yuanbutongbi Quan: 24 Postures
                       预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,双臂自然下垂,十趾抓
         原步通臂拳二十四式  地(图3-24-1)。

                       Take a left step, straighten arms forward and backward, clench your
                   fists tightly, and shift the center of body down (Figure 3-24-2).

                       上左步,两臂前后挑直,双拳紧握,重心下移(图3-24-2)。
