                       Posture 21 Leg lift

                       第二十一式  提腿


                       Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly
                   wider than shoulder-width. Keep the body upright.
                   Arms hanging down naturally, with all ten toes

                   gripping the ground (Figure 3-21-1). Take a left
                   step and stand sideways (Figure 3-21-2)

                       预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,
                   双臂自然下垂,十趾抓地(图3-21-1);上左

                   步,侧身站立(图3-21-2)。

                       Strike both fists, attach the left hand to the
                   right wrist, prop up the right fist forward, and lift
                   the right knee, draw in the chest (Figure 3-21-3).  Figure 3-21-1

                       双拳上攉,右拳向前撑击,左手附于右腕,
