Posture 22 Squeeze
第二十二式 挤
Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoul-
der-width. Keep the body upright. Arms hanging down naturally, with all
ten toes gripping the ground (Figure 3-22-1).

预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,双臂自然下垂,十趾抓
原步通臂拳二十四式 地(图3-22-1)。
Take a left step, while tapping the right palm forward and inward
(Figure 3-22-2).
上左步,同时右掌向前向内拍击(图3-22-2)。
Wrap your right palm and take a right step forward. At the same time,
bend your right forearm and squeeze it forward from your chest. Press your
left hand on your right wrist to reach the outer side of your right forearm,
hence the name “Hezi Palm” (clasping palms) (Figure 3-22-3).
右掌搂采,紧接向前上右步,同时右小臂屈臂从胸前向前挤出,左
手按于右腕,力达右小臂外侧(故名“合子掌”)(图3-22-3)。
