2. The weight shifts left to be evenly distributed across the feet, a horse-rid-
ing stance formed. At the same time, the fists twining reversely move in a concave
curve toward the outside of the thighs, the arms rounded, the heart of the left fist
facing down to the left front, the heart of the right fist facing down to the right
