3. The right foot stamps on the ground, the toes pointing forward. With the
toes turned up and in, the left foot twining reversely slide-steps half a foot left and
backward on the inside heel, the weight sinking down and more on the right. The
eyes look left and forward. (Figure 34-3)
4. The weight shifts slightly left, with the torso turning right. At the same
time, with the arms twining reversely to close in, the fists sink down, baihui (GV20)
being pulled up. (Figure 34-4)
