In Movement 3, as the fists strike to both sides, the energy goes through shoulders,
elbows, and hands in sequence. After the release of energy, relax immediately, with
the torso turning right.
Posture 34 Zuo Guo Bian Pao (Left Wrap Firecracker) [II]
1. Relax the hip joints, with the weight sinking down and more on the left.
At the same time, the fists twining directly rotate out to rest outside the thighs, the
hearts of fists facing up, the arms rounded. Baihui (GV20) is gently pulled up. The
eyes look forward (north). (Figure 34-1)
2. The weight shifts onto the left leg, with the right knee rising. At the same
time, with the shoulder joints pivoting, the fists twining reversely close inward in a
