5.2.3 第三步，进行五行八卦图形布阵法 + 平针导引气血入药治疗法治疗 Step 3:

Five Elements - Eight Trigrams array+ Horizontal insertion qi and blood guiding
通过汤药导引 + 微循环导引 + 能量导引的治疗，人体很快会升温，且大量排汗，
当人体体内温度提升至 38℃～ 42℃时，就可以开始进行五行八卦图形布阵法 + 平针

导引气血入药治疗法治疗。此时请患者仰卧 / 俯卧在理疗床上（具体仰卧 / 俯卧等其
他姿势选择需根据患者的治疗方案以及治疗进程决定，该方案在调理问诊流程步骤第
三步会有确认），由专业医生进行五行八卦图形布阵，并在人体对应治疗部位及病症
的阳性反射区画出五行八卦图，根据五行八卦图以及患者的病症进行平针导引气血入

药治疗，用针进行导引打通气脉（人体相应穴位见附录 E）。平针导引施术针刺后，
在施术部位敷用温度学派为患者量身定制的导引药物，通常为药粉状，开始进行治疗。
Through the treatment with Decoction guidance+ Microcirculation guiding + Energy
guiding, the human body will soon heat up and sweat a lot. When the temperature in the

human body rises to 38℃ ~42℃ , the treatment of Five Elements - Eight Trigrams array+
Horizontal insertion qi and blood guiding can be started. The physician will ask the patient
to take the supine/prone position on the physical therapy bed (the specific choice of the
supine/prone position or other postures should be decided according to the patient’s

treatment plan, to be confirmed in the third step of the Regulation Inquiry Procedures), and
a professional physician will arrange the Five Elements - Eight Trigrams pattern, and draw
the Five Elements - Eight Trigrams in the positive reflex area of the corresponding treatment
site and disease of the human body. According to the Five Elements - Eight Trigrams and the

patient’s disease, the patient will be treated with horizontal qi and blood insertion guiding,
to open the qi channel (see Annex E for the corresponding acupoints of the body). After
acupuncture by horizontal insertion guiding, the guiding medicine tailored for the patient
by TCM Temperature School is applied to the operation site, usually in powder form, and

treatment is started.
5.2.4 第四步，进行网灸治疗 Step 4: Mesh moxibustion
网灸是快速对穴位、经络、气脉进行温度提升治疗的方式之一。专业医生会运

用直径在 12cm ～ 15cm 的网灸网 + 温度学派特制的艾绒进行高温网灸，网灸网悬于
患者病患部位约 10cm ～ 18cm 的位置，网灸 3min ～ 10min 的时间，此时网灸温度
600℃～ 800℃，可以快速渗透入人体，高温快速将患病部位与其他部位温度形成较大
的温差和势能，以便于能量流动导向注入，疏通病患部位。
