5.3.2 网灸时间 Time of mesh moxibustion
先进行 3min ～ 10min 网灸渗透，后再进行艾灸罐循环导引。

5.3.3 大循环艾灸治疗时间 Time of great circulation moxibustion
一般在 2h ～ 6h，应根据患者病症及治疗进程决定；施术治疗时，可选择人体正
面和背面同一天交替轮换进行，或选择第一天和第二天正面和背面交替轮换进行。

5.4 施术温度的把控 Control of operation time

5.4.1 导引（手 / 脚）温度 Guiding temperature (hand/foot)
导引手 / 脚时，将该患者的汤中药经过煎、炖与煨、熬炮炙后，混合一定比例的
热水给患者导引，导引温度在 44℃～ 46℃。
When guiding hands/feet, the TCM decoction of the patient is decocted, stewed,

simmered and baked, and then mixed with a certain proportion of hot water for guiding
therapy, with the guiding temperature of 44℃ ~46℃ .
5.4.2 服用“活中药”温度 Temperature of “living TCM medicine”

活中药即能量虾羹 / 牛肉羹 / 姜枣桂，服用的温度在 55℃～ 65℃ ，因温度低会
导致胃粘膜毛细血管收缩，影响胃蛋白酶、胃酸等消化液的分泌，因此服用时候要用
合适的温度，保护食道、心脏、胃肠阳气不受损伤。
The temperature for taking the living TCM medicine, e.g. energy shrimp soup/beef
soup/ginger-jujube-longan, is 55 ℃ ~65 ℃ . Because the low temperature will lead to the

contraction of gastric mucosal capillaries and affect the secretion of digestive juices such as
pepsin and gastric acid, it is necessary to take it at a suitable temperature, to protect yang qi
of esophagus, heart and gastrointestinal tract from damage.
5.4.3 网灸温度 Mesh moxibustion temperature

网灸温度在 600℃～ 800℃，用较高的温度网灸病患位置，与其他区域温度形成
温差势能，导引疏通。
The temperature for mesh moxibustion is 600 ℃ ~800 ℃ . The high temperature
