5.4.4 艾灸温度 Moxibustion temperature
大 / 小循环治疗时的艾灸温度应在 80℃左右，艾灸时保持一种温热不烫的火力，
才能更好地发挥艾草燃烧时产生的功效，将热感传递到身体内，热而不烫，方能入脏。
The temperature for moxibustion should be about 80 ℃ during great/small circulation

treatment. Only by maintaining a warm and not hot fire during moxibustion can the efficacy
of burning moxa be better exerted and the heat sensation be transferred to the body. Warm
but not hot, then it can enter internal organs.
5.5 施术治疗项目及效果把控 Control of treatment items and effect

当天该患者的每个项目治疗的时间、治疗的内容及时记录在案（温度学派患者治
疗记录表见附录 F），每个患者应有各自的治疗记录表存档，以便于该患者的病程追
踪记录、良好治疗方式的循环推进、问题症状分析及反推反查、总结分析。
The time and contents of each treatment item of the patient shall be recorded timely (see

Annex F TCM Temperature School Record of Patient Treatment), and the treatment record
of each patient should be filed, to facilitate the recording of the patient follow-up services,
cyclic application of good treatment methods, abnormal symptom analysis, retrospective
investigation, and summary and analysis.

6 可能的问题与处理措施 Possible Issues and Solutions

6.1 晕针 Fainting during acupuncture

在施针时，患者因精神过度紧张、恐惧而产生晕针现象，或因感受针的刺激而产
生全身性神经紧张，导致晕针现象。出现以上情况时，服用活中药以补充能量来解决。
During acupuncture, the patient feels dizzy due to mental stress and fear, or feels
systemic nervous tension due to the stimulation of needles, leading to fainting during
acupuncture. Upon occurrence of the above condition, the patient should administer living

TCM medicine to supplement energy to solve it.
6.2 晕灸 Fainting during moxibustion
由于强烈的灸的刺激，通过迷走神经反射，引起血管床（尤其是周围肌肉的）扩张，

外周血管阻力降低，回心血量减少，因而心脏的输出量减低，血压下降，导致暂时性、
广泛性的脑血流量减少，出现晕灸现象。出现以上情况时，服用活中药以补充能量来
解决。
