Community lectures and workshops are key tools for promoting climate knowledge.
Through expert presentations, case analyses, and interactive discussions, they help the public
understand the scientific principles, impact mechanisms, and mitigation strategies of cli-
mate change. For instance, communities may invite meteorologists, environmental experts,
and policymakers to host lectures on the latest research findings and policy developments
in climate change. Additionally, workshops featuring simulated experiments and interactive
games can deepen public understanding and participation.
2. Community Outreach and Media Campaigns
Community promotion and media dissemination are vital means to enhance public cli-
mate awareness, conveying climate knowledge through posters, brochures, social media, and
television programs to inspire environmental consciousness and action. For instance, com-
munities can popularize basic climate change knowledge by posting climate change posters
and distributing climate education brochures. They may also share climate change news,
science articles, and environmental initiatives on social media platforms to strengthen public
